Winter Fruit Salad with Apples, Grapes, Dragon Fruit and Raspberries

Fruit salad isn’t just for summer. This winter fruit salad combines crisp apples, juicy grapes, vibrant dragon fruit, and fresh raspberries for a colorful, refreshing dish that feels light yet satisfying during the colder months.

Ingredients

    • 2 apples, diced or thinly sliced (we like EverCrisp®, Gala, Honeycrisp, or SweeTango®)
    • 1 cup grapes, halved
    • 1 dragon fruit, peeled and diced
    • 1 cup raspberries
    • 1-2 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice (about ½ an average-sized lemon)

Directions

    1. Wash and thoroughly dry fruit.
    2. Add all fruit to a large bowl, then cover with lemon juice and toss to combine.
    3. Serve immediately or chill for 1 hour before serving for a crisp and refreshing winter fruit salad!

Notes

    • Use a combination of apple varieties to add different flavor profiles. Try a sweet-tart variety, like EverCrisp®, and pair with vanilla-sweet Gala.
    • Add fresh mint to elevate even further.
